The reels
Four edited vertical reels, 15–30 seconds each. Music, atmosphere and hospitality moments designed for social discovery.
The invitation
A 15–30-second pre-event teaser built from approved existing assets and motion graphics. All short-form edits also launch on YouTube Shorts.
Hunters receives the final reels, teaser and thumbnail for organic promotion. Collaboration posts coordinated with the venue and artist. Final schedule agreed before booking.

Hunters’ role
Venue access, approved DJ equipment and booth, sound, lighting, decor, security and guest-list operations. Crew meals, refreshments and artist hospitality. Any creator fees or compensation agreed separately.
Optional enhancements
Branded photo wall, photographer, custom installations, additional lighting rentals, creator fees or a sponsored signature cocktail. Separately scoped or arranged through collaboration. No drone flight is included in the base package.
What we confirm together
Date, event hours, filming location, weather backup, capacity, artist booking, equipment and release dates. Monthly events or any table-profit partnership are a separate agreement. Attendance and sales are not guaranteed.
Hunters retains all door, food and drink revenue.
